小肠克罗恩病的影像学研究进展

摘要 X线小肠钡灌检查是传统的小肠影像学检查方法,对小肠克罗恩病(CD)的腔内病变和黏膜细节显示清晰。随着影像技术的飞速发展,CT和MRI在小肠疾病的影像学研究和临床应用日益增多,其优势在于评价肠壁增厚、肠周改变、肠系膜异常、淋巴结肿大等方面。近年将小肠插管灌注法与最优化的CT、MRI技术相结合的CT、MRI小肠灌肠检查,具有很大的发展潜力。 Small bowel enteroclysis remains as a conventional method of investigating the small bowel Crohn's disease. Small bowel enteroclysis provides excellent performance in revealing small bowel intraluminal and mucosal details. With rapid development of technology, CT and MRI are increasingly used for imaging studies clinically in small bowel diseases. The advantages of CT and MRI are the evaluation of bowel wall thickening, inflammatory complications, mesenteric abnormality, and enlargement of lymph nodes. Recently, CT enteroclysis (CTE) and MR enteroclysis (MRE), which combined the technique of intubation enteroclysis with CT/MR imaging, have been found great potential in diagnosing small bowel Crohn's disease.
