A Study of Property Rights and Sharing of Geological Information

地质信息共享问题已成为实现地矿工作信息化的关键,建立现代地质信息产权制度是实现地质信息共享的有效途径与方法。根据地矿工作的特点与需求,探讨了以现代地质信息产权制度为基础的地质信息共享保障体系,体现地质信息产权所有者利益的共享框架模式以及主题式点源数据库技术、地质信息元数据技术、WebGIS技术、OpenGIS与互操作技术等地质信息共享关键技术。

Geological information sharing is the key to improve the level of information technology application in geological surveying and mineral resource exploration. Establishment of a system of contemporary geological information property rights is an effective approach to improving geological information sharing. According to the characteristic of geological surveying and mineral resource exploration, this paper discusses the systems of contemporary geological information property rights and sharing, the frames and some key techniques of geological information sharing, which can benefit the geological information owners.
