摘要
目的通过对本科实习护生面临的压力源调查分析,给予相应的干预措施,维护本科护生身心健康,提高实习效果,坚定本科护生热爱护理事业的决心。方法2005年6月至2006年9月随机筛选我校2002级护理本科实习学生80名,并随机分成两组,实验组与对照组,用自制压力源问卷表调查压力来源,将实验组在教学过程中针对压力来源给予相应的干预措施。对照组给予普通带教。结果实验组的学生毕业后自信心、用人单位的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在本科护生实习期间,针对护生的压力来源,给予相应的干预措施可以维护护生身心健康,提高实习效果,坚定本科护生热爱护理事业的决心。
Objective To provide corresponding interventions of the stressors, maintain the health of undergraduate nursing students beth physically and psychologically, improve the efficiency of practical training and strengthen the determination of students to be devoted to nursing in the future. Methods 80 undergraduate nursing students of Grade 2002 of our college were chosen during practical training stage between June, 2005 and September, 2006 and were divided randomly into experimental group and control group. The Experimental group, during the process of training, was given corresponding interventions of the streesors which was based on the result of investigation by means of self-made questionnaire while the control group was provided usual teaching methods. Results There was a significant difference between the students of experimental group and control group after their graduation in terms of confidence, employment rate, resignation rate and employers' satisfaction rate ( P 〈0. 01). The experimental group do better than the control group. Conclusion The corresponding interventions of stresaors can help keep the physical and mental health of the students, improve the efficiency of practical training and inspire students'love towards nursing during their practical training stage.
