实施护理干预对肠镜检查效果的评价

Implement of nursing intervention during electron colonoscopy examination

目的探讨护理干预措施在肠镜检查中的临床效果。方法将80例行肠镜检查的病人用半随机方法分成观察组41例和对照组39例。观察组行护理干预措施,对照组按常规方法进行检查。结果两组病人在肠镜检查过程中出现恶心次数,检查前后血压、脉搏变化,插镜成功所需时间,病人紧张、恐惧情况分级等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.051)。结论积极的护理干预措施在肠镜检查过程中可明显减少或减轻病人的躯体及心理性应激反应的发生,对消除病人紧张、恐惧心理,减少恶心不适的发生率,有效缩短检查所需时间等方面均具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nursing intervention during electron colonoscopy examination. Methods One hundred cases subject to electron colonoscopy exminafion were semi randomly divided into observation group and control group equally. Observation group received nursing intervention and control group routine examination. Results There was significant difference in times of nausea during Electron colonoscopy examination, changes of blood pressure and pulses before and after electron colonoseopy examination, consuming time for inserting electron colonoscopy and grades of anxiety and dread between the two group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Active nursing intervention during colonoseopy examination could obviously alleviate or decrease the occurrence of body and mental stress response, remove anxiety and dread mentality, reduce the occurrence of nausea and effectively shorten the time for colonoscopy examination.
