异基因外周血干细胞移植治疗髓系白血病的护理

Nursing of allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation to treatment myeloid leukemia

目的总结异基因外周血干细胞治疗髓系白血病的临床护理经验。方法对1例慢性髓系白血病(慢性期)和2例急性髓性白血病(均为复发早期)行异基因外周血干细胞移植的患者进行相关护理并观察其疗效和毒副反应。结果3例均获得造血重建并生存。结论对有合适供者的髓系白血病及复发早期患者行异基因外周血干细胞移植后精心的护理是移植成功的一个保证。

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation to treat myeloid leukemia. Methods Carrying AIIo - PBSCT on one case of chronic myeioid leukemia （chronic phase） and two cases of acute myeloid leukemia （both are relapse earlier period）, and then nursing their trearntment effect and adverse effect. Results All of the three cases can receive hematopoietic function and leukemia free survival. Conclusion The treatment and nursing of AIIo - PBSCT to patients with myeloid leukemia or on its relapse earlier period can receive good effect, whenever they have suitable donors.
