肝动脉栓塞治疗晚期肝癌的几点护理

The care of late term hepatic carcinoma patients with hepatic arterial embolization(HAE)

介绍对68例原发性肝癌晚期患者施行经皮股动脉穿刺肝动脉内插管化疗栓塞(He-patic Arterial Embolization,HAE)术后进行临床资料分析,结合护理工作实践,对此类病人术前、术后护理要求和护理观察。强调加强栓塞术后的护理,特别是做好心理护理工作,是提高治疗效果的关键环节。

To focus on the Hepatic Arterial Embolization to 68 patients with late term primary hepatic carcinoma. The clinical data after the operation were analyzed, the patients before the operation and after the operation with care were observed. It is emphasized to strength the care after operation, especially the psychological care. It is the key role to improve the effect of therapy.
