摘要
利用等通道弯曲挤压的方法得到的晶粒平均尺寸大约为0.15μm的超细晶2J4合金试样,然后分别在590℃,600℃,610℃下进行30min回火,研究了不同回火温度对超细晶2J4磁滞合金磁性能的影响,并分析了产生影响的机理。最后讨论了在不同温度的回火过程中大量马氏体的转变,碳化物的析出对磁性能的影响。
Ultrafine-grained 2J4 hysteresis alloy processed by equal-channel angular process (ECAP), has the average grain size approximate 0. 15 μm. Tempering for 30min at 590℃ ,600℃ ,610℃, the effect of tempering treatment on the magnetic properties of ultrafine-grained 2J4 hysteresis alloy has been investigated. The results show that the coercive force reaches the maximum while tempering at 610℃. At last, the effects of the martensite transformation and carbide segregation in tempering process on the magnetic properties have been discussed.
