青少年“面子”心理及其教育对策

Psychological Analysis and Educational Measure of Teenages' Question of Face

爱"面子"是一种普遍的心理现象,是青少年自我意识和自我概念发展的表现之一,也是青少年的社会化发展在中国特色的文化、教育等心理氛围中的一种体现。正确对待面子,能使青少年讲自尊、讲人格,昂扬进取、奋发向上;错误地对待面子则会使青少年好大喜功、弄虚作假、掩盖问题,甚至害怕真理,这极不利于青少年的身心的健康发展和个性品质的发展与健全。文章首先分析了青少年的"面子"心理及其主要行为表现,并从社会文化、家庭、学校以及其自身四个层面探析了青少年爱"面子"的原因,最后提出了相应的教育对策,以促进青少年身心健康和谐地发展。

Loving ＂face＂ is one of common mental phenomen. It is one of the behaviour being that teenagers autopsyche and oneself concept develops.And it is teenagers＇ socialization develops mentality atmosphere such as culture education in which Chinese characteris- tics at the same time.Treating rightly＂face＂, can make teen- age~ to have self- esteem personality high-spirited being eager to make progress,rise in great vigor;But if treating wrongly＂face＂, there is some bad result for teenagers＇ progress such as rejoicing, covering problem, afraiding truth,this is harmful for teen- agers＇s body and mind health. Firstly this article analyses teenager psychology and reflect question of face. Then the author discover the further reasons for this question from four levels： social culture, family, school and teenager themselves. According to these the author put forward some relative suggestion to conduct and educate teenager.
