摘要 青少年运动员中长跑应以"短"促"长","短""长"相结合,这是青少年中长跑训练的突出特点。只注重跑量与注重持续跑的距离训练方法,既不符合青少年的生长发育规律,也违背现代中长跑的训练理论。应该清楚地认识到:现代中长跑比赛实践中无氧功能的比例越来越大,激烈的比赛实践对运动员的速度能力要求越来越高。文章结合教学训练中的实际情况,分析了青少年的训练特点,并对其训练的方法手段及措施进行了探讨。 It is a prominent point in the middle- distance race training for the young that the training of long- distance running should be combined with the training of dash, and developed by the help of the training of dash. The training method of merely paying atten- tion to the running quantity accords neither the rule of the young's growth nor the modem theories of middle- distance race training. We should realize it clear that the proportion of metabolism without oxygen in the middle - distance race competition is becoming larger and larger, and the drastic competition requests more and more about the speed ability of the athletes. Based on literature material and the fact in training, this article has analyzed the training points of the young and discussed the training methods and measures so as to offer some reference for the coaches and athletes who are working at the middle- distance race training for the young.
