Pure cotton bulky yam can be obtained through first spinning water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber and cotton fiber into covered or blended yam and then dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol fiber after the yam is woven into fabric. The yam now with hollow structure can endow the relevant textile products with full and supple handle as well as comfort and skin-friendly feel.
