摘要
探讨了用碱浸法从硫酸体系中分离镍锌。实验根据不同金属沉淀pH值的差异,用NaOH溶液调节控制pH值除去有害杂质铁;利用金属元素镍和锌的氢氧化物在化学性质上的差异,用NaOH溶液碱浸分离镍和锌。实验结果表明,除铁彻底,镍锌分离也彻底,锌酸钠溶液中镍含量可低至2mg/L。
Nickel-zinc separation out of sulfate solution using Chemical way is studied. On the basis of the disparities of different pH values, harmful impurity iron is removed by controlling the pH value of NaOH in the first step; then nickel and zinc are separated in NaOH solutin for their different chemical properties. The results show that the content of nickel in the solution can be reduced as low as 2 mg/L.
