Abstract In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market,the focus of the work should be shifted to the right track of technical innovation.According to six principles,the author put forward four targets concerning technical innovation such as product innovation,technique innovation,equipment innovation and management innovation,the countermeasures concerned were also provided in the paper.
