Strategic research on transformation in Hubei from big talents province into superior talents and economy province

在建立人才资源优势转化为经济优势的理论模型基础上,对湖北从"人才大省"向"人才强省"转化及从"人才强省"向"经济强省"转化进行了战略研究,设计了两步转化的实施方案。

This article is based on theoretical model of transformation from talent resources superiority to economical superiority. It has conducted the strategic research on transformation in Hubei from ＂big talents province ＂ into ＂superior talents province＂ and from ＂a superior talents province＂ into ＂ powerful economy province＂. It has also designed the implementation plan of two steps transforms.
