摘要
针对网上学生评教方式特点,按照组织要素论和控制论的观点,对学生评教组织方式演进、网上评教系统需求与实施方式进行了分析,从网上学生评教有效性的遵循原则和组织方式优化方案两方面探讨了相关策略。
Specifically for characteristic of students'evaluation of classroom teaching with web, it was analyzed of the evolution of organization way , need and practice of students'evaluation of classroom teaching with web according to the principle of key organizing element theory and the cybernetic theory. The Strategies are studied in two aspects of abiding by effectiveness principle and its optimum scheme of organizing way of students'evaluation of classroom teaching with web.
