摘要
微生物代谢方式的多样性使其具有降解环境污染物的能力,生物技术则为优化这一能力提供了强有力的工具。运用生物技术可以进化出微生物新的代谢能力,甚至可以将不同微生物的代谢片段组装起来,建立全新的代谢途径。生物技术还为加强生物防护提供了有效保障。本文回顾了近年来生物技术在改造环境微生物及对环境微生物行为控制方面的进展及应用。
The diversity of the metabolic method of microorganisms enables them to degrade almost all the environment pollutant, and biotechnology just provides powerful tools to improve these abilities. Biotechnology evolves new metabolic methods of the microorganisms, and even can combine different microorganisms' metabolic fragment into a thoroughly "new" method. Biotechnology also enhances the biological containment. A review at the achievement and improvement of the biotechnology on the environmental microorganism has been taken in this thesis.
