摘要
随着管理信息化的发展,eHR逐渐成为人力资源管理发展的新取向。实施eHR可以提高管理效益,降低管理成本,同时还具有整合人力信息、优化企业决策等价值。目前,在实施eHR项目上,我国企业是在彷徨中前进,在推行eHR的过程中还面临着诸多困境。为了加快eHR的发展,必须更新管理观念,选取合适的eHR软件,同时还要加强培训与学习,保障数据和信息安全。
Along with the development of management informatization, eHR gradually becomes the new orientation of the human resources management development. Putting eHR into practice is able to improve the management benefit, reduce the management cost, simultaneously also has the value such as integrating manpower information and optimizing the enterprise decision - making. At present, our country enterprise is going forward in pacing back and forth in putting eHR project into practice. It is confronted with a lot of difficult position in the process of the eHR being carried out. In order to accelerate the development of eHR, we must renew the management concept, select appropriate eHR software, simultaneously also must strengthen training and study, ensure the data and information security.
