摘要
零售业是一个低利润率行业,零售商应当通过有效的供应链管理提升竞争力。而零售业供应链上零售商与供应商是非常重要的环节,他们存在着彼此依存的关系,但也存在短期的利益冲突。通过两者之间的博弈,零售商应当对供应商进行有效管理,进而形成与供应商的合作伙伴关系。我国零售业还存在很多问题不能适应越来越激烈的市场竞争,因此,应当对国外零售业进行研究,零售商应努力与供应商建立长期的供应链同盟关系,并通过信息化建设达到高质量的信息传递与共享。
Retail industry is of low - profit, so retailers should improve the competence through supply chain management. Retailers and suppliers are important parts of the whole supply chain. They are dependent on each other, but on the other hand, they have many conflicts, too. Through games between the two sides, retailers should manage their suppliers effectively. There are many problems in our retail industry, which make retailers cant meet the fierce competition. Thus, we should study the experience of foreign retail industry and develop the retail industry in China. Retailers should build long - term partnership in supply chain and share information through high- quality information transition.
