行政事业单位资产是各级行政机关正常运转和社会事业发展的物质基础,随着行政事业单位资产规模的逐渐扩大,资产管理问题日益受到财政部门的关注。当前行政事业单位资产管理方面存在的办公条件不均、重购置、轻管理、监管乏力等具体问题,在国家宏观管理及单位内部管理等层面不同程度地存在。加强资产的动态管理、更新管理手段是解决资产管理问题的关键所在。

Assets are the foundation on which administration departments in all levels can work and develop regularly. As the assets develop in a large scale, how to manage them is becoming a focus, thus catch financial departments＇ attention. The following matters exist both in national macroscope level and inner section level： different work conditions, more purchase ,less management, and lack of supervision. To solve the above problems, two aspects are very important., one is to enhance dynamic assets management, the other is to renovate management ways.
