深圳市育龄妇女TORCH感染调查分析

Investigation of TORCH infection in women of child-bearing age in Shenzhen

目的:了解深圳市育龄妇女TORCH感染率,为预防TORCH感染和做好优生优育工作提供依据。方法:应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对深圳市3236名育龄妇女进行TORCH感染的血清学检测。结果:TORCH感染检测结果中,风疹病毒、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型、弓形体和巨细胞病毒5种病原体IgG抗体阳性率分别为89.52%、21.3%、29.5%、5.2%和98.3%。TORCH感染率在育龄妇女各年龄组间无统计学差异。结论:深圳市育龄妇女巨细胞病毒、风疹病毒感染率较高,提示应及早进行育龄妇女TORCH筛查,以做好优生优育工作,提高出生人口素质。

Objective： To investigate the prevalence of TORCH infection in Shenzhen and provide guidance for women of child - bearing age to prevent TORCH infection. Methods： 3 236 women of child - beating age were tested for anti - TORCH antibodies with ELISA in Shenzben. Result： The positive rate of IgG of RV, HSV - Ⅰ , HSV - Ⅱ, TOX and CMV was 89. 52%, 21.3%, 29. 5%, 5.2% and 98.3% respectively. There were no significant differences in the positive rate of antibody in different age group. Conclusion： The women of child - bearing age are easier infected by RV and CMV in Shenzben. So we should do best to the screening work for improving the quality of birth population.
