(Na_(1-x)K_x)_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3系的离子挥发性研究

摘要 利用固相法制备了(Na1-xKx)0.5Bi0.5TiO3系压电陶瓷,研究其中Bi3+、Na+、K+离子的挥发对其性能的影响。研究结果表明Bi3+的挥发性对样品的性能影响较大,而Na+、K+离子相对较小。 Na1-xKx)0.5Bi0.5TiO3(NKBT) ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction, and study on the effect of volatility of Bi^3+.Na^+.K^+ on properties of NKBT system. The results indicate that the volatility of Bi^3+ have a considerable effect on the properties of NKBT system relative to Na^+ and K^+.
