校市(县)科技共建推动新农村建设的实践

Practice on Scientific and Technologic Cooperation of Improving the Construction of New Counties

课题以"东北农业大学和双城市农业科技合作共建项目"实施为背景,从科技合作共建内容对接、专家大院的建设和发展、科技示范园区建设和应用、培育和完善农业科技推广体系、科技入户项目进行分解、共建的有机集成和项目定期调整等方面进行了研究,探讨了有效进行校市(县)科技共建推动新农村建设的内容和途径。

The research was based on the project of cooperation of University and County in science and technology and included seven aspects, which were the corresponding contact of the programs, development of expert working houses, demonstrating area of science and technology, culture and perfection on agricultural spreading system of science and technology, the secondary projects of scientific and technologic applying, organic integration of different cooperating projects and regular adjustment to projects. Probing into the contents and ways was also done about effectively carrying out scientific and technologic cooperation in order to improve the construction of new counties.
