The Analysis of Influential Factors to Rice International Competitiveness in Heilongjiang Province

从2005年开始,我国农业在加入WTO谈判中争取的过渡期基本结束,中国大米在价格方面的传统优势正在丧失,作为我国最大的优质商品水稻基地的黑龙江省,面临进出口配额逐步取消、关税降低,国外竞争压力不断加大的局面,为此,分析黑龙江省水稻国际竞争力影响因素、主动发挥稻谷产业的优势,提高黑龙江省水稻的国际竞争力,抵御国外同类产品的冲击值得人们思考。

From 2005 onwards, China＇s agriculture in the WTO accession negotiations for the transition basically ended and entered the WTO transitional period. The conventional advantage of China＇ s rice on price is disappearing. As the biggest high quality white rice base of China, Heilongjiang province is faced with the situ- ation of import -export quotas canceled, custom reduced ,overseas competitive pressure incessant increase. It is significant to analyze the Influential factors to competitiveness of Heilongjiang rice, initiative exert the advantage of rice,to improve the international competitiveness of Heilongjiang rice and to resist overseas rice.
