On the Lacal Sci tech Management under the Market Economy

地方科技工作是我国科技事业的重要组成部分，是国家科技活动的特定层次和基础支撑。地方科技管理及其成效，直接影响到地方科技、经济和社会发展，也关系到“科教兴国”整体目标的实现。分析了市场经济下地方科技管理的新形势、新任务和新职能。

Abstract Local sci tech work is an important component of the sci tech undertaking of our country, and also a special level and basic support of the sci tech activities of the nation. The management for sci tech work and its achievements have a direct bearing on the development of science, technology, economy and society. It will also affect the obtainment of the objectives for science and education based development of the nation. This paper analyzes the new situation, new tasks and new functions of local management for sci tech work under the market economy, and proposes new measures for enhancing the management in the present circumstances.
