深港政府联合治理深圳河工程的计算机管理信息系统设计、开发与实施

本文系统介绍了如何应用计算机软硬件技术,结合本治河工程建设的特点,应用运筹学、对策论、网络优化、经济财务理论、系统工程等多学科知识,组建了一个能同时满足建设单位(业方)、监理单位和施工单位的工程管理需要的广域网多媒体管理信息系统,实现了工程建设的进度、质量和投资的最优化控制。

The paper presented that how to build WAN multimedia Management Information System with software and hardware technology of computer through applying Operation research, Game theory, Network optimization, Financial theory and System project, which can be altogether satisfied with working requirement of Employer, Supervision and Construction Unit. So we achieved optimization control of Progression, control of Progression, Quality and Investment of the engineering.
