和谐图书馆是其系统中的各要素能够协调运作,良性转化和融合,达到同生共进,协调发展的图书馆。和谐图书馆应具有突显人文精神,贯彻公平原则,能充分体现其先进性等主要特征。构建和谐图书馆,需要坚定不移地建设和谐团队,建立良好的人际关系,营造和谐环境,优化馆藏结构。

Harmonious library is a library whose core elements can operate coordinately, change and merge for the better so as to live and develop together. Harmonious library should be of the characteristics of highlighting humanities spirit, equity principle and progressiveness. To set up a harmonious library, a harmonious team and good relation among people should be set up firmly. A harmonious environment should be created. The structure of the library collection should be optimized.
