摘要
纳米药物提呈系统能同时检测多种肿瘤标记物,是选择性肿瘤成像的有力载体,被广泛用于肿瘤的诊断。纳米药物递呈系统使抗肿瘤药物具有靶向性、低毒高效、稳定性的特点,并能延缓药物的释放。在基因治疗方面,纳米药物提呈系统发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着纳米技术的发展,纳米药物提呈系统将在肿瘤诊断和治疗方面具有广阔的应用前景。
Nano- drug delivery systems can be used for detection of multiplex simultaneous profiling of tumor biomarkers and for imaging of multiple structure of the tumor. Nano- drug delivery plays an important role in helping antitumor agents possess the property including targeting the tumor, high bioavailability, low toxicity, stability and delayling the release of the drugs, furthermore, nano-drug delivery systems are critical components of gene therapy. With the development of nanotechnology, nano-drug delivery systems will has a promising application in tumor diagnosis and therapy.
