摘要 DNA结合抑制蛋白-1(Id-1)属于螺旋-环-螺旋(HLH)转录因子家族,是细胞分化的负性调节因子,广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞中,在人类多种恶性肿瘤组织中异常表达,并参与肿瘤细胞的增生、分化、凋亡、侵袭,在肿瘤的发生、发展及转移中有重要作用。近年来Id-1蛋白分子结构、信号转导途径、Id-1表达水平与肿瘤关系、Id-1抑制对肿瘤治疗的作用等方面的研究逐渐深入。 Inhibitors of DNA binding-1(Id-1) belongs to helix-loop-helix transcription factors, Id-1 is a negative regulatory factor for the differentiation of human cells and exists widely in mammalian cells. It is expressed abnormally in diversified human malignant tumors, participates in various kinds of biological func- tion,such as cell proliferation and differentiation,apoptosis and invasion,and plays an important role in the tumorigenesis,tumor development and metastases. With the deep research of the molecular structure, signal pathway, the relationship with tumors and Id-1 inhibition for tumor therapy, Id-1 may be selected as a candidate gene in gene therapy of tumor.
