重组人p53腺病毒制品在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

重组人p53腺病毒（Ad—p53）由正常人肿瘤抑癌基因p53和重构的Ⅴ型腺病毒基因重组而成。重组人p53腺病毒（Ad—p53）制品目前已经在临床上对头颈部肿瘤、肝癌、卵巢癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、软组织肉瘤等病种的治疗取得了突破性的进展，结合其他肿瘤治疗方式（如手术、放疗、化疗）对肿瘤治疗效果会更好。

Recombinant p53 adenovirus （Ad-p53） is reorganized by the normal p53 tumor suppressor gene and the changing-structure Ⅴ-type adenovirus gene. Now in clinic it has already achieved a breakthrough in the treatment of head and neck tumors, liver cancer, ovarian cancer ,esophageal cancer, breast cancer, soil tissue sarcoma,and so on. Ad-p53 gene therapy in combination with other cancer treatments such as surgery,radiotherapy, chemotherapy on tumor therapy will be more effective.
