^103Pd粒子组织间植入在恶性肿瘤中的应用

摘要 随着低能核素^125I和^103Pd研制成功,三维治疗计划系统的出现和B超、CT等影像学引导种植技术的发展,放射性粒子种植治疗肿瘤焕发了新的活力。^103Pd粒子作为继^125I后的新型核素以其独特的优势在恶性肿瘤治疗中得以发展应用,对于增殖较快的肿瘤^103Pd粒子将有广阔的应用前景。 Accompany with the successful manufacture of the low-energy photon-emitting radionuclides ^125I and ^103Pd, with the appearance of 3D-treatment planning system, and the development of imageology leading to cultivate such as B-ultrasonography and CT, radioactive particle in the interstitial implant brachytherapy for malignant tumors shows excellent prospect. ^103 Pd has its distinct superiority as a new radionuclide after ^125I, it has the opportunity to be developed and utilized in the treatment of malignant tumors. There will be an extensive using perspective for ^103 Pd to cure tumors of faster generation speed.
