宁波亚洲浆纸业有限公司新增一条浆线,由ANDRITZ提供ONP浆线的设备、控制程序的逻辑图纸。公司自动化班把ANDRITZ提供的逻辑转换成ABB800xA系统下的control biuld m professional 4.1 FBD语言,根据提供的流程图自行设计DCS画面,根据提供的仪器仪表设备清单进行I/O设计以及在原有系统的基础上选择ABB 800xA的硬件。

A new pulp production line was introduced by Ningbo Asia Pulp ＆ Paper Co., Ltd. and the equipment of the ONP line and the logic flow charts for controlling process were supplied by ANDRITZ. The automation group of the company transformed all the logic flow charts by into Control Builder M Professional 4.1 FBD language under ABB 800×A System, designed the DCS graphics in accordance with ANDRITZ the flow charts and designed I/O in accordance with the equipment list of the instrumentation and chose ABB 800×A hardware based on the original system.
