摘要
用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵对凹土进行表面改性并进行了实验室加填试验,探讨了十八烷基三甲基氯化铵的用量,改性时间,改性温度对凹土在纸页中留着率的影响。结果表明:在70℃下,加入1.5%(对凹土质量)十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,搅拌反应20min,得到的改性凹土对提高填料的留着率效果明显,并可提高成纸的表面强度。
Surface modification was made to attapulgite with octodeceyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC). The effect of dosage, modification time and temperature of OTAC on the retention rate of the modified attapulgite in paper was investigated. The results show that under 70℃ with the addition of 1.5% (based on attapulgite) of octodeceyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and agitated for 20 min, the yielded modified attapulgite had an obvious effect on the increase of the retention rate of the filling and the surface strength of the finished paper was also improved.
