摘要
仙人掌具有较高的食用和药用价值,西瓜清凉多汁是夏季人们主要的消暑水果。本试验在分析两种物质成分的基础上,通过正交试验确定两种汁液的最佳配比,然后经过合理的调配,研制出具有营养和保健双重功效的饮料。
Cactus is usful because of its edible and medicinal value. Watermelon, full of juice, is a kind of hot-defending fruit. Based on the analysis of the components, optimum proportion of the two juices were studied through the orthogonal test. The nutritional and healthy drink was developed.
