摘要
利用CFD方法,计算出管壳式换热器不同排列形式的二维压力场、速度场和温度场,并对不同排列形式的压力损失速度分布和换热效果进行了对比,为换热器的设计、改造和维修提供了一定的参考.
Using CFD, the numerical simulation of the two-dimensional interior fluid flow in the heat exchanger is computed by choosing the different arrangements. Pressure loss, distributions of velocity and effect of heat transfer are compared and analyzed. Reference information for the improvement of the heat exchanger can be obtained by the analysis of the flow.
