工程移民监理是建设监理的重要组成部分.论述了移民监理过程中的三控制两管理一协调的内涵:三控制即投资控制、进度控制、质量控制;两管理为监理信息管理和合同管理;一协调就是协调各方的关系.分析了现场监理过程中出现的移民监理与业主、实施机构、移民规划的关系.

Project resettlement surveillance is the important part of constructing surveillance. Three controls, two managements and one coordination during resettlement surveillance are introduced. Three controls are investment control, schedule control and quality control. Two managements are the management of surveillance information and the management of contracts. One coordination is coordination among the parties. The ralations between resettlement surveillance and owners are analyzed during the spot surveillance.
