Analysis of the Theories Innovation of the Ideological and Political Work at Grass Roots Level

在构建有中国特色社会主义的和谐社会过程中,面对各种影响社会发展的矛盾,党的基层思想政治工作不仅应注重方法创新,更应从理论创新的高度入手,认清当前社会矛盾的本质属性,正确把握"和谐"与"矛盾"的辩证统一关系,主动、有效地强化社会主义意识形态的社会整合功能,积极探索党的基层思想政治工作新途径。

In the course of constructing harmonious socialistic society with Chinese characteristics, facing various conflicts which influence the trend of social development, the ideological and political work at grass roots level of CCP should not only be paid attention to the innovation of methods; but also be started with the theory innovation in higher level. We should recognize the essential attribute of current social conflicts, seize the dialectical relationship between ＇ harmony＇ and ＇ contradiction＇ rightly, intensify the social integration function in socialistic ideology forwardly and effectively, energetically explore the new ways of the ideological and political work at grass roots level of CCP.
