生产清洁柴油的组合工艺研究

摘要 针对荆门分公司混合柴油含氮较高的特点,研究了一种用于加工混合柴油的脱氮—加氢组合工艺.该工艺选用脱氮剂M和脱氮剂N先对柴油进行脱氮。脱氮柴油再进加氢装置进行精制。试验结果表明:该组合工艺加工的混合柴油产品硫、氮含量低,氧化安定性好,颜色加深慢。使用该工艺,加氢空速可提高50%左右,为柴油加氢装置的扩能改造创造了条件。 Aimed at the higher content of nitrogen in mixed diesel of Jingmen Branch Co. , a denitrogenation - hydrogenation combined process was developed for treating the mixed diesel. In this process, denitrogenating agents M and N nitrogen are used to remove nitrogen from diesel oil first, then the denitrogenized diesel is refined in hydrogenation plant. The test results indicate that sulfur and nitrogen content in the mixed diesel can be reduced by using the combined process, the oxidation stability and the color stability are better than before. The hydrogenation LHSV can be improved by about 50% with this process, providing good conditions for capacity expansion of diesel oil hydrogenation plant.
