聚氯乙烯悬浮聚合引发剂EHP的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过使用引发剂EHP替代ABVN在57℃下进行聚合试验,指出在引发剂等摩尔量的条件下.反应后期引发速率明显降低.反应速度减慢,聚合反应时间延长,聚合釜的设备利用率降低。增加引发剂EHP的用量,可以缩短到达85%转化率的反应时间。 The initiator EHP was used to substitute for initiator ABVN in polymerization test at 57 ℃. The results showed that with the equiv. - mole consume of initiator, the initiative rate was obviously lowered, the reaction rate was slow down, the polymerization period was delayed, and the utilization of the polymerization uipments was declined at the end of reaction. If consumption of initiator EHP was increased, the polymerization period could be shortened at the conversion of 85%.
