着重就公共关系与企业危机处理理论及其应用进行思考与探索,提出公共关系的关键是危机传播管理,强调危机管理应把握的原则、对危机和危机事件处理应有的认识以及开展公关和企业危机处理工作的策略。提出了企业应该把媒体作为资源的观点。针对齐鲁石化公司实际,提出实施危机管理及建立新闻发言人制度的原则及构思。
Discusses the theories of public relations and handling of enterprise crisis, presents the key of public relations is the management of crisis spreading, emphasizes on the principles in crisis management, correct understanding of the crisis and crisis handling as well as strategies of treating public relations and handling enterprise crisis, and presents the idea of regarding the media as resources.
