摘要
在阐述模特排时法基本原理的基础上,分析MS公司G12轨道灯劳动定额制定中存在的问题,运用模特法对其劳动定额进行重新制定。结果表明:模特法是制定劳动定额的科学方法,不仅可以提高作业的标准化,而且能够减少工时浪费,提高生产线平衡率。
Based on the analysis of basic principle of the MOD, the labor quota problem of G12 track light of MS Corporation is pointed out in this paper. It is reorganized by applying the MOD method. The results show that the MOD is a scientific method which can promote operation standardization, reduce man-hour dissipation, and increase the Streamline balance ratio.
