摘要
目的探讨屈光不正患者异常双眼视功能的处理效果。方法采用规范的主觉验光的基础上,用MADDOX杆加三棱镜测定隐斜度数,检测其调节力和CA/A值;综合双眼视动参数对38例双眼视功能异常患者采用三棱镜矫正及近视过矫等方法进行矫正治疗。结果外隐斜给予近视过矫7例,给予三棱镜矫正者11例,近视过矫加三棱镜矫正6例;内隐斜5例,垂直隐斜9例,全部给予三棱镜矫正。全部病例经过适应期后眼疲劳、眼部不适等症状都得到有效缓解。结论对屈光不正患者,在普通验光方法后出现视觉不适、视力疲劳等症状时应进行规范的主觉验光并进一步全面检查双眼视功能,针对病因进行个性化的处理,给予三棱镜或球镜过矫、欠矫,使其获得清晰、舒适、持久的视力和阅读能力。
Objective To investigate the disposal of the abnormal binocular vision function. Methods At first, to determine the refractive status with the phoropter. Then, to determine the degrees of phoria with Maddox Rod and prism. The indexes include accommodation(A) and CA/A. In term of the integrative data,38 sufferers of binocular symptoms were prescribed prism or over-corrected myopic diopter. Results 7 exophoria sufferers were prescribed over-corrected myopic diopter, while 11 were prescribed prism and 6 were prescribed prism combined with over-corrected myopic diopter. 5 esophoria and 9 vertical phoria were totally prescribed with prism. Through an adaptation, these ocular discomforts of all of sufferers were alleviated. Conclusion For few sufferers of refractive error, they probably emerged sorts of ocular discomforts after a general refraction procedure. To assure them a clear, comfortable and endurance vision, we should give them comprehensive check-up in their binocular vision functions and give them an individual prescription, such as prism, beyond over-corrected myopic diopter.
