摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并阑尾炎的诊断和治疗。方法对我院自2002年1月～2007年1月收治的妊娠合并阑尾炎患者26例进行回顾性分析。结果25例经手术治疗的患者及胎儿预后均好,2例要求保守治疗,1例保守治疗成功。结论妊娠合并阑尾炎具有与非孕期阑尾炎不同的临床特征,一经确诊,均应尽早手术。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with appendicitis. Methods 26 cases of pregnancy with appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively from January 2002 to January 2007. Results Prognosis of 25 patients and fetuses with surgical treatment was good, and 1 case was treated successfully by conservative treatment. Conclusion Clinical features of appendicitis during pregnancy were different from appendicitis during non-pregnancy.The operation should be performed as soon as possible when appendicitis is diagnosed exactly.
