应用体外短期发酵法评定牧草及秸秆干物质的消化率

Evaluation of Dry Matter Digestibility of Forages and Straws by Method of Fermantation in Short-term in vitro

用体外短期发酵法测定了6种牧草和6种秸秆的消化率。试验结果表明,用稀释瘤胃液(50mL)培养6种牧草和6种秸秆适宜的样量为0.5g,适宜的培养时间为36h。在此条件下测得的消化率与Tilley法测定的消化率极显著的正相关(P<0.01),而且该法有较好的重复性。

The digestibility of six forages and six straws was determined by method of fermentation in short-term in vitro. The results showed that the suitable sample quantity of six forages and six straws was 0.5g in the dilution rumen cultural liquid （50ml） and the suitable cultural time was 36 hours. There was a very significant positive correlation of the digestibility determined by this method with the digestibility determined by Telley＇ s method（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was better repeatability of this method.
