洛汀新与保肾康在糖尿病肾病中的应用

The Application of Lotensin and Baoshenkang in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察洛汀新加保肾康治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法:91例患者随机分治疗组50例,对照组41例。治疗组给予洛汀新和保肾康,观察两组患者治疗前后胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血压(BP)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果:治疗组TC、TG、BP、UAER明显降低。结论:洛汀新与保肾康治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著,能延缓糖尿病肾病进一步恶化,无明显不良反应,值得临床使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Lotensin and Baoshenkang for the nonage diabetic nephropathy. Methods：The 91 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the 50 patients in the treated group, the 41 patients in the control group. The treated group was treated with Lotensin and Baoshenkang. The cholesterol（TC）, triglyeride（TG）, blood pressttre（BP）, urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Resuits：The levels of TC,TG,BP and UAER in treated group were cut down more obviously than that in the comrol group. Conclusion： The curative effect of Lotensin and Baoshenkang is obvious for diabetic nephropathy. They can delay deterioration of diabetic nephropathy and have no adverse effect. The treatment is worthy of clinical application.
