摘要
通过电化学试验研究了X70钢在库尔勒原土(含水量1.28%)中腐蚀初期(1—7d)的电化学阻抗谱特征及其随时间的变化规律,确定了该体系的等效电路模型,并对阻抗谱进行了分析。结果表明,阻抗谱在高频段、中频段各有一容抗弧,低频段表现为有限扩散层厚度的扩散阻抗。随着腐蚀时间的增加,整个体系的阻抗明显减小,腐蚀产物与土粒结合层电阻、电荷转移电阻及扩散电阻也随之减小。
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of X70 steel in Xinjiang Ku' erle soil (moisture content 1.28%) was measured at different times during the initial corrosion period (1-7 days). The equivalent circuit of the system was determined and EIS results were analysed. The results indicated that Nyquist plots showed two capacitive loops in high and medium frequency region and finite-length Warburg impedance in the low frequency region. With increase of time, the impedance of the system was decreased obviously. The EIS characteristics of the system were discussed.
