摘要
通过手工焊条电弧焊拉伸和弯曲试验及斜y坡口焊接裂纹试验和焊接热影响区最高硬度试验,对高强钢WH80的焊接性能进行了分析,表明WH80钢具有良好的焊接性能,可以作为液压支架的选用材料。
This paper analyzed welding performance of high tensile steel WH80, through the stretch and the bend experiment of manual welding rod arc welding, the slanting y bevel weld crack test and the highest hardness test in welding heat-affected zone, it is indicated that the WH80 steel has good welding performance, and may be used by hydraulic support.
