摘要
在分析济宁三号煤矿实际情况的基础上,提出了一种基于PLC的矿井水泵房自动控制系统。该系统以PLC控制器为核心,重点讨论该系统的工作原理、硬件结构、软件设计。经现场运行结果显示,实现了水位监测的实时性和准确性,并大大减轻工人劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
By analyzing the conditions of Jining No. 3 coal mine, the article puts forward an automatic control system of mine pump house based on PLC. The system takes the PLC controller as the core and mainly discusses the operating principle, hardware structure and software design of the system. The field operation result shows that the system achieves the real-time and accurate monitoring of water level, significantly reduces the worker labor intensity and raises the work efficiency.
