介绍厚膜集成NTC热敏电阻器的设计原理、主要特性和特点。在0~100℃的温区内,线性偏差≤0.25%,灵敏度为40~50Ω/℃,互换精度达±0.5℃。为家电产品和生产设备的数字化和微机化推出了新型NTC元件。
The Al 2O 3 WO 3 ceramic material, synthesized by CW CO 2 laser, is a linear NTC thermistor material It is composed of Al x WO 3,WO 3,Al 2(WO 4) 3,Al 2O 3,while the electric conducting phase was Al x WO 3,a non equilibrium reaction product which does not exist in Al 2O 3 WO 3 equilibrium phase diagram. XPS analysis shows Al x WO 3 is a weak phase in the ceramic bulk and not in the ceramic material sintered with conventional sintering technique.
