摘要
通过对企业竞争战略中几个主要战略的阐述,指出竞争战略对信息化战略产生的影响,并探讨信息化战略的适应性修正,为企业信息化战略的制订与修正提供思路。
Trough expatiating on the some main strategies of enterprise, the paper has pointed out that the strategy of enterprise has an effect on the strategy of enterprise information-based, talked about how to correct the adaptability of information-based strategy, and offered the idea for establishing and correcting the information-based strategy.
