专利申请信息与法律状态信息的整合分析研究

Study on the integrating analysis of patent application information and legal-status information: a case of DSP technology

本文对专利法律状态信息分析的内容进行了理论上的探讨,并将其与专利申请信息分析进行了对比研究。在此基础上,选择DSP技术领域展开了实证分析,发现将两者整合起来分析能使结果更加全面、客观和丰富。专利法律状态信息在衡量技术差距、研发实力和专利质量等多方面都能给专利申请信息分析予以很好的补充。

This paper develops an analysis framework of patent legal -status information and discusses the relationship betueen patent application information analysis and patent legal - status information analysis. Furthmore, making an impirical study on the DSP technology, we find patent application imformation and legal - status information are mutual complementary, and the result of patent integrating analysis can by more all - around, impersonal and prolific.
