高新技术企业价值提升:科技园的温床效应

High-tech firms' value adding: green house effect of science parks

本文首先采用因子分析方法研究了科技园为园内高新技术企业提供的服务支持维度,以及科技园内高新技术企业的运行绩效维度,然后运用典型相关分析方法,对科技园提供的服务支持与科技园内高新技术企业运行绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究,结果显示两组变量呈显著正相关。科技园提供的技术支持以及办公服务和文化氛围,对科技园内企业的技术绩效和资金绩效产生重要影响,揭示了科技园在提升高新技术企业价值过程中的温床效应。

Using exploratory factor analysis, this study extracts four factors of resources the science parks provide to their inner firms, and another four facors to evaluate the firms＇ operating performance in the science parks, then we examine the relationship between the resources science parks provide and the firms＇ operating performance, and found significant positive correlation between these two groups of variables. The technological support, service and cultural atmosphere the science parks provide have great effect on their inner firms＇ tenological performance and capital performance, which illuminates the Green House effect the science parks have on the value - adding of the rims.
